That’s not saying that we don’t need to put in the effort, the ‘grind’, and no elite athlete will ever tell you that it doesn’t take hours of practice to MASTER and to PLAY the game well. The Origin Story of AGame Masterminds
My wife Linda's journey in establishing her business – assisting people in the complex process of selling homes – revealed a gap in traditional networking. Despite her efforts in these environments, she craved genuine business connections and more substantive support. She wasn't alone in this.
She had found a group of like-minded business owners with similar concerns and aspirations for mutual support. So drawing on my extensive experience with collaborative teams and communities of practice, I proposed a solution: a regular, interactive, and mutually beneficial mastermind group. Thus, the first AGame Mastermind was born, with my role as the facilitator, enabling Linda and others to engage and benefit fully.

Who am I?
My life's journey has been rich with varied experiences. From running multiple small businesses, enduring the internet startup bust, to adult education and independent consulting, I've navigated the complexities of diverse business landscapes.
I am an experienced business coach with a thoughtful and pragmatic approach to entrepreneurship. With a diverse background that includes Agile coaching, science and technology, creativity and play, I offer a distinctive perspective to new business owners.
Since beginning his coaching career in 2002, I have dedicated himself to assisting individuals transitioning, and recently focuses on those transitioning from corporate roles to entrepreneurship. My signature PLAY MASTERmind System, developed from this experience, methodically guides entrepreneurs through key areas such as transitioning 'Passion to Profit' and developing 'Adaptive Strategies'.
Personal growth is also important to me as I devour books and podcasts by the dozen (my wife laughs as I listen to them at least 1.5 times their speed).
During my down time I am a passionate Marvel fan, and remember the thrill of a new comic when I was a kid while I watch the current blockbusters and have infected my kids with the same excitement.
